Terms and Conditions of Use and Subscription
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ECAPlus mobile application, website, subscription plans, healthcare platform features, and related digital services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Subscription govern your access to and use of the ECAPlus mobile application and the website located at www.ecaplus.io, operated by ECAPLUS HEALTHCARE INNOVATIONS LLC. By downloading the App, creating an account, accessing the platform, or subscribing to any paid tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to create an ECAPlus account in your own name. An account for a minor may be created and operated only by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and assumes responsibility for the minor’s use of the Service.
3. Nature of the Service
ECAPlus provides a subscription-based digital platform connecting users with healthcare information, telehealth services, in-person provider networks, and related administrative tools.
Clinical services accessed through the App are provided by independent, credentialed, licensed healthcare professionals. ECAPlus facilitates the platform and subscription relationship; it does not itself practice medicine.
4. Subscription Plans, Pricing, and Billing
Subscription Tiers
ECAPlus offers one or more subscription tiers as described within the App at the time of purchase. Available subscription plans may include monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The specific subscription duration, pricing, included services, region, and currency are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region.
Payment Processing
When you subscribe from iOS, billing is processed by Apple through App Store In-App Purchase. When you subscribe from Android or from www.ecaplus.io, payment is processed through Stripe.
- On iOS, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- On Android or web, payment will be processed through Stripe using the selected payment method.
- Your subscription automatically renews for the same plan duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed or canceled through your Apple Account Settings.
- Subscriptions purchased on Android or web through Stripe may be managed through your ECAPlus account or by contacting billing@ecaplus.io.
5. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If ECAPlus offers a free trial or introductory price, any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you may automatically be charged the then-current plan price.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable, including partial subscription periods.
21. Subscription Management
The availability of subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and currencies is displayed within the ECAPlus application before completing a purchase.
Available plans may include monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions depending on your country or region.
- Subscriptions purchased on iOS through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and must be managed or canceled through your Apple Account Settings.
- Subscriptions purchased on Android or through www.ecaplus.io are processed through Stripe and may be managed through your ECAPlus account or by contacting billing@ecaplus.io.
- Deleting the application or deleting your ECAPlus account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Renewals, billing, and refunds for purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s policies.
- Renewals, billing, and refunds for purchases made through Stripe are subject to ECAPlus policies and the applicable payment processor terms.

The following legal documents are part of these Terms and may be reviewed at any time.
7. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify ECAPlus immediately at security@ecaplus.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Provide false health information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, PHI, or clinical records without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated access methods without prior written consent.
- Upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt ECAPlus infrastructure.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud another user or healthcare provider.
9. Provider Network Participation
Physicians, specialists, and other credentialed professionals who join the ECAPlus provider network do so under a separate Provider Participation Agreement governing credentialing, compensation, scheduling, and clinical-protocol compliance.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including the ECAPlus name, logo, software, design, systems, documentation, platform content, and related intellectual property, is owned by ECA Holdings Group, ECAPlus, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Health Information You Submit
You retain ownership of the health information you submit through the App. By submitting such information, you grant ECAPlus and its authorized providers a limited license to use that information solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including treatment, payment, healthcare operations, and platform improvement through de-identified analytics.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may reference or link to third-party services, including financing partners, insurance administrators, diagnostic networks, or external healthcare partners. ECAPlus is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by that third party’s own terms.
13. Disclaimers
ECAPlus does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, although ECAPlus maintains reasonable safeguards described in its Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ECAPlus and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECAPlus, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent such claim arises from ECAPlus’s own negligence or willful misconduct.
16. Suspension and Termination
ECAPlus may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unsafe conduct, or where required by law or by a competent health or regulatory authority.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you principally reside and received care, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different governing law provision is required by applicable consumer-protection law. ECAPlus encourages users to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@ecaplus.io.
18. Changes to These Terms
ECAPlus may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be notified in-App or by email before taking effect for existing subscribers, except where a shorter period is required to comply with law or platform policy. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance, except where renewed affirmative consent is required by law.
19. App Store and Google Play Compliance Acknowledgments
Where you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and ECAPlus only, and not with Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App.
- Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where applicable.
- Where you obtained the App through Google Play, equivalent acknowledgments apply with respect to Google LLC under Google Play’s applicable terms.
20. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Privacy Complaint Procedure, constitute the entire agreement between you and ECAPlus regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
